Spa Policies

Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of spa treatments. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session (please note that the term “session” includes consultation and changing time).

Scheduling& Cancelations
Appointments may be booked online, or you can call (347 618 8527) for assistance. Central Park Organic Spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not call to cancel your reservation 24 business hours prior to your appointment, or do not show for your scheduled treatments, or reschedule on the spot for any reason, your credit card will incur a $30 charge or if declined or paying by cash, the fee will be added to your next appointment. For persons with multiple cancellations, Central Park Organic Spa reserves the right to require payment at the time of booking future appointments.

Prices& Payments
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Central Park Organic Spa gift cards, and cash. All service sales and gift card sales are final. Prices do not include gratuities. Central Park Organic Spa reserves the right to cancel any promotions at any time; any promotions that have been purchased by a client but are no longer valid, as well as any other expired offers, will not be honored by Central Park Organic Spa.

Groupon Policies: Groupon deals are for first time customers only; Limit 1 voucher per person.

Other Policies
If you are not a safe candidate for a scheduled treatment, we reserve the right to substitute the treatment for a custom treatment (performed at no extra charge). If refused by a client, the appointment is treated as rescheduled on the spot and the fee of $30 will be applied to your account.

If you are not satisfied with the treatment, the results of the treatment, and/or experience any post-treatment health/skin problems you must inform the spa management in writing as soon as possible AND come in person for a follow up visit with your aesthetician within 72 hours after the initial treatment (free of chrage).

It is the patient’s responsibility to follow the post-treatment instructions provided by the easthetician.

We strongly advise first time clients not to have any spa treatments performed 5-7 days before a big event and/or travel.

Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have their legal guardian present to sign a consent form.

Central Park Organic Spa has the right to refuse service and the use of the facilities to any person whose conduct is harassing, offensive, inappropriate or is an unreasonable disturbance to other clients, guests, vendors, employees, agents, and/or independent contractors, and that any such conduct which shall result in the Client’s expulsion and termination of the use of the Spa and its related services, without refund of moneys for services scheduled.
